BW Action Update

In November 2021, an application was made to the FTT seeking a declaration on the incompatibility of relevant UK laws with those of the EU. The tribunal system has so far not considered this it was of the view that the cases in relation to which it was raised did not require such a consideration. An application is to be made to have the declaration reinstated.

New clients remains eligible to join this action where needed. All clients should remain aware that Setu is independent of BW and, whilst he works with some members of that network (as is often necessary in light of the dense background of associations), his recommendations are made with the interests of his clients in mind.
